A training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

Our CrossFit complete workout has above average success rates which makes us the right choice as your total body workout gym.
“Little Beasts”Ages 5-9 Teaches not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
“Future Beasts” Ages 10-15
They are on the road to becoming the next generation of Fitness Firebreathers. They will take a more in-depth exploration of the movements and programming consistent with our adult programs. Weight training will transition from dumbbells to barbells, with the emphasis still on using the least amount of weight possible to provoke a growth response in the body. Proper form will be priority number one. Workouts will be of higher intensity than the Lil’ Beasts program.

The program is based on providing athletes of all skill levels with high intensity interval training (HITT) geared for decreasing body fat while increasing lean mass. We incorporate strength work in the form of hypertrophy with dumbbells, barbells, and/or kettlebells.
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Included in your membership is a free Open Gym session from 10am-noon on Saturday. We offer an additional 20 hours of staffed Open Gym time throughout the week for you to make up a workout, work on some skills, or get some additional programming from a coach on site.
You can add Open Gym onto your unlimited group membership for $xx/month or onto your 2 day/week membership for $xx. Open Gym is free with the purchase of a Specialty Class.
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Our recommendation is that you take advantage of at least 1 Personal Training session per week in along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
